I have worked with Triangle through 3 renovations, all of which were completed with extreme professionalism, on time and on budget. I recently followed up on an issue from a reno that was completed several years ago. Pauline followed up immediately and had it fixed within a couple of days. We own an old home and have now done three major renovations. I was so unhappy with the first two, in terms of process and cost escalations, that I decided to try a new (to us) general contractor for this large renovation. Triangle was recommended to us by our design firm. I met with Bill and Pauline from Triangle and told them about the bad experiences I had had, and that I was not willing to go through that again, regardless of how nice the eventual outcome. Bill made it clear that he understood, and we established the ground rules. Triangle adhered to each and every one all along the way, and we had what many thought impossible - a renovation that was done on schedule, on budget, at the specified level of quality, and looked wonderful. Bill and Pauline are a formidable team (along with Graeme, who did much of, and oversaw all of, the work). They are professional as well as pleasant, and, most importantly (perhaps rarely in that business), reliable and dependable. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
